Our Pan Chillers are designed to maintain product below 40 degrees even in extreme situations. Our design allows full cooling transfer by using a glycerin filled tank. By cooling this way, the product can hold at temperature for 50 minutes before the compressor must turn on. This helps our customers save money on energy and extends the life span of the compressor. Each individual unit is fully customizable to fit our customer's needs.
